Roi Manager

Add or Update ROI

Adds the ROI of the current slice of the active image to the ROI manager, at the position of the current slice. If a ROI is already recorded at this position, it will be overridden.

Deleted the ROIs at the selected slices

Interpolate

Performs a linear interpolation of ROIs at slices where no ROI is recorded in the ROI manager.

Show

Displays the recorded ROIs of the manager on the active image
