Signal Quantification plugin
This plugin allows classical 3D intensity measurements on detected objects in a specified channel, like average, standard deviation, minimum and maximum intensity. It can also compute the Integrated density, that is to say the sum of all the intensity values inside a object.
The same quantifications can also be performed on layers (either inside or outside).
