The detected objects corresponding to the structures are listed and can be visualized in on top of the cell image by selecting the objects one by one or by using Ctrl or Shift. You can also select all objects. You can delete badly detected objects and then adjust the numbering by clicking Shift indexes (can take some time, we advise you to close the images and open them again).

Selection

Select All

Selects all the objects contained in the list.

Select None

Clears the selection.

View

ROIs

When toggled-on, displays selected objects' ROIs on the active image.

Quantifications

Displays the Measurements panel on the right.

Adjust

Shift Indexes

Re-assigns labels to objects.

Delete

Deletes the selected objects.

Merge

Merges the selected objects into one object, may need to shift indexes.

Split

Splits the selected objects in two.
Performs a watershed on the distance map of the labelled objects, cluster maxima of the distance map in two clusters, if the two clusters are distant more than the Dist parameter two new spots will be created. The original spot spot will be replaced by the two new spots, may need to shift indexes.

Manual Segmentation

Runs the spot manual segmentation on the selected structure.
