The Data structure of TANGO is organized hierarchically. From left to right you will have access to :
- the list of acquisition Fields.
- the list of Cells (or nuclei) extracted from selected field.
- the list of Objects (structures) extracted from the selected cell.
- the Measurements associated to the selected object(s).
In this tab, it is possible to to perform manual segmentation of nuclei or objects.
